Quinten Haddock scored the game winner on a power play 33 seconds into the third period , as the Hawks won there third consecutive game to start the season 4-1 over the defending champion Kincardine Bulldogs .
Nathan Templeman give the Hawks a 1-0 lead at 4:50 of the first period from Elliott , and Finalayson. Kincardine tied it in the second , and Mitchell got goals from Haddock , Pauli, and an empty netter from Drew Gross.
Pickering , Hawkins, and Kyle Spence all added assists in the win.
Wyatt Nicholson stopped 21 shots in the recording the win in net.
Next action a three game weekend, Friday back to PH Centre in Hanover 8 pm, and home to Goderich Sat 710 pm , and on road Sunday afternoon in Goderich.
